MonDossier is an offline-first application. This policy is short because the app is designed to collect nothing. DATA WE COLLECT None. MonDossier has no account system, no backend server, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Everything you enter — your program selection, profile answers, dates, checklist progress, and any documents you attach or scan — is stored only on your device, encrypted at rest. PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS, AND WHY Camera — used for scanning documents (edge detection, cropping) into your local checklist. Does not leave the device. Photo Library — used for attaching an existing photo or scan to a checklist item. Does not leave the device. Photo Library (Add) — used for saving an exported document back to your photo library. Does not leave the device. Face ID / Touch ID (if enabled) — used for locking the app locally on your device. Does not leave the device — biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and never touches MonDossier or any server. DATA SHARING MonDossier shares no data with us, with advertisers, or with any third party, because no data ever leaves your device. There is nothing to sell, nothing to subpoena, and nothing to breach on our end. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA Everything is stored locally. Uninstalling the app deletes everything. The in-app Settings screen also offers a full reset, and a document export (which you explicitly trigger) is the only way data leaves the device — into a destination you choose, such as Files or AirDrop. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY MonDossier does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data from any user. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If a future version adds an optional network feature (for example, fetching a signed, non-personalized content update, or an in-app purchase receipt check), this policy will be updated first and the change will be described in that version's release notes.
